She is survived by: her husband Dale Cook of East Alton; her children, Brian Cook (Kristina) of New Douglas and Brande Cook of Wood River; her grandchildren, Katie and Brandon Cook; and her siblings, Troy Walker of Godfrey and Earlene House of Wood River.
