He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Huggett and Wanda Huggett (James); and his brothers, Phillip Ray Huggett and Charles Lee Huggett. He is survived by: his sons, Wade Huggett of Earlville and Wesley Huggett (Kelley) of Del Mar. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
