He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Miller and Amy Miller (Rosenkrans). He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Starks; his children, Constance Brown of Triumph, IL, Sandra Carr of Triumph, IL, Ritchie Miller (Zora) of Conrad, MT and Mike Miller (Alice) of Conrad, MT; and his siblings, Lucille Thomas of Batavia, IL and Lewis L. Miller (Levina) of Hamilton, IL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
