He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Foulkes and Mary A. Foulkes (Bell); and his son Brian Keith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne of Earlville, IL; and his daughters, Rebecca Lynn and Beth Ann. He is also survived by his five siblings; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
