He is survived by: his wife Judy Bedford; his children, Russell Ballard of Texas, LaVonda Dolan (Jeff) of Naperville and Tracy Ballard (Mitzi) of Missouri; his stepchildren, Kathy Lovelace (Eddie) of North Carolina, Scott Buchanan of Yuma and Marla Buchanan of Madison, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Pat White (Tom) and Dick Ballard of Arkansas. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
