He is survived by: his children, John Chapman, Jr. (Sandra) and Tamara Chapman Herner; his brothers, Leo Chapman (Becky), Matt Chapman (Connie) and Fred Chapman; his grandchildren, Ryan Chapman, Ashley Chapman, Michael Pottinger, Tommy Herner and Tyler Herner; his great grandchildren, Zephyr Pottinger and Blakley Pottinger; and his brother-in-law Carl Fauple.
