He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Chris Milligan of Mendota, Harvey Letherman III of Davenport and Josh Letherman (Nancy) of Plano; and his siblings, James, Jerry, Ruth, Barbara and Candy. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
