With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Berggren of Earlville, Illinois, born in Sandwich, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Berggren and Mae Berggren (Jacobson); his wife Patsy Battles; and his siblings, James, Kenneth, Kate and Terrance.
He is survived by: his son Scott Berggren (Amy) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Tyler Berggren (Becca), Tara Love (Wes) and Trace Berggren; his siblings, Truman Berggren of Serena, Gary Berggren (Deborah) of Streator, Robert Berggren (Sue) of Serena, Kathleen Berggren of Ottawa, Colleen Berggren of Serena and Pauline Berggren of Serena; and his sisters-in-law, BJ Berggren and Kathy Berggren.
