He is survived by: his children, Michele, Eric Smith (Ruby Lopez) of Somerton, AZ, Anthony Smith (Samantha) of Duluth, MN and Gregory Smith of Coleraine, MN; his brother Dana Smith (Yvonne) of Westminster, CO; and his grandchildren, Grace, Ryan, Dahlia and Nathan.
