He was predeceased by: his father James L. Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Lucille Locke, Jimmy and Harry Fitzpatrick; and his wife Janice Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Cain (George) of Dwight and Brian Fitzpatrick (Chris) of Australia; his grandchildren, Michael, Abbey, Luke Fitzpatrick, Akiko, Alex Fink, Shannon Cain and Dylan Cain (Kyndsie Huston); his grandmother Briana Miles; and his former wife Eileen Hitchcock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
