He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Delgado and Josefa Delgado (Serrano); and his brother Jose. He is survived by: his wife Celia; his children, Sandra Valdes (Cristobal), Salvador Delgado, Luisana Perez (Francisco), Veronica Mondragon (Felipe) and Heriberto Delgado (Brenda); and his siblings, Socorro Marquez (Conrado), Maria Garria (Jose), Cosuelo Becerra (Jesus), Teresa, Salvador Mijares and Manuel.
