She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Haeffele and Ruth Haeffele (Kelch); her husband John Metzke; her daughter-in-law Vicki Metzke; and her brothers, Albert Haeffele and James Haeffele.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Metzke of Dwight and Jo Larimer (David) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Amy Larimer (Drew Krafcik), Sarah Davis (Fred) of Washburn, IL. and James Metzke of Asheville, N. C.; and her great grandchildren, Franny Krafcik and Hayden Davis of Washburn, IL.. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
Memorials in her name may be left to the First Congregational Church of Dwight or the charity of the donor's choice.
