It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Raymond Dietmeier (Durand, Illinois), born in Dakota, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. and Ruth I. Dietmeier (Cahoon); his wife Margaret Engeriser Dietmeier; and his brothers, Donald and Leland.
He is survived by: his spouse Marjorie P. Kubatzke; his children, Donna Dietmeier of Las Cruces, NM, Diane Silbaugh (David) and Dan Dietmeier (Ginny) of Durand, IL; his grandchildren, Matthew Wallace (Christina), Heidi Brandt (Ronald), Heather Ragen (York), Jeff Minder (Michele), Corey Silbaugh (Jessica), Derek Dietmeier (BoKaye) and Lindsay Dietmeier; and his child Marjorie Damon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
