He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Cuthbertson and Sherrilyn Kellicut; and his sibling Russell. He is survived by: his siblings, Heidi Kramar, Mary Anne, Ronald, Gloria, Claudie, Vickie, Kristi, Yvette and Tina; and his aunt Tami Bielefeldt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
