It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Moore of Durand, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Moore and Rowena Moore (Barker); his wife Cynthia J. Lee; and his siblings, Marian Gratton, Linda Knoll, Shirley Barnum, Harriet Schultz, Sharon Armistead, Robert, Stephen and David Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Bruce (Ethan), Patricia Taylor (David) of South Beloit, Illinois and Ronald Moore (Alisa) of Janesville, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Shayleigh, Quentin, Memphis Moore and Sebastian Taylor; his great grandchild Emmitt; and his siblings, Donald Moore (Donna), William Moore, Kenneth Moore (Janet), Harold Moore (Rhonda), Nancy Bryan and Joanne Brooks (Phillip). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
