He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy McWilliams and Lucille McWilliams (Welsh); his wife Carol Baker; and his daughter Jonce. He is survived by: his daughter Haley McWilliams (Regina); his grandson Justin; and his sisters, Shirley Millican, Linda Mix (Tom) and Sandy Ingram. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
