With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jo Ann Binger (Durand, Illinois), born in Janesville, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jennings and Helen Jennings. She is survived by: her husband William Binger; her children, Elizabeth Mitzel (James) of Pingree Grove, IL, Wanda Neve (Matthew) of Pittsville, WI, Mary Moore (Chris) of Elida, OH and Carl Binger of Marana, AZ.; her grandchildren, Jacob (Ashley), Eric, Bradley Neve, Justin, Kelly Moore and Abigail Binger; and her siblings, Sue Richards (Roger), Georgia Buehler (Robert) and Hal Jennings (Judy).

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to a memorial to be established by the family.
