He is survived by: his sons, Robert Johnson (Kerrie Klitzing) and Duane Johnson (Ami); his grandchildren, Michael Dempsey (Joanna), Christopher Johnson (Alyssa), Daniel Johnson (Kaitlin), Erik Johnson, Sloane Johnson and Hayes Johnson; and his sister Judy Kloster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
