She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Cooley and Margaret Cooley (Hoefle); her son Daniel; and her brother James. She is survived by: her husband Robert Palmer; her children, Debra Winning (Chuck) of Lena, IL, Christine Michaelis (Kurt), David Palmer (Kathy) and Jeffrey Palmer (Robin); her nephew Scott Cooley (Kim) of Belvidere, IL.; and also Loretta Fry of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
