She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Friels and Laura H. Friels (Arns); her husband Lowell M. Best; her son Ronald Best; her grandson Brian Kraus; and her sister Darlene Greenlee.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean Ann Westphal; and her stepchildren, Dwayne Proctor, Dwilen Benton, Marsha Yaun (John) and Marilyn Kraus. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 23 Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
