He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Frank Sr; his grandson Elijah "Popeye"; his significant other Rex; his wife Joann of Durand; his children, Rachel Foster (Chad) of Pecatonica and Kyle Zissler of Durand; his grandson Elijah Zissler; his mother Delores Doden of Mendota; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Jacobs of Freeport and Kerry Schaefer of Indiana.
