We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2019, at the age of 82, Shirley Ruff (DuQuoin, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel "Pete" and Clara Marie Bell Jones (Huffstutler); her husband Kenneth Ruff; her brother John Jones; and her sister-in-law Gloria Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Ruff (Kim) of Old DuQuoin, IL, John Ruff (Debbie) of DuQuoin, IL, Kenneth Ruff (Sharon) of Benton, IL, Matthew Ruff of DuQuoin, IL, Lois Peppers (Troy) of Carterville, Phyllis George of Nashville, IL and Rosemary Sisney of Carterville, IL; her brother Mark Jones of DuQuoin, IL; her sister-in-law Brenda Jones of DuQuoin, IL; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Wade, Amanda, Jeremiah, Matthew II, Chatanya, Heath, Tallen, Jonathan, Michael, Thomas, Shawn and Chad. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
