We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Saundra Brown (DuQuoin, Illinois), born in Paintsville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Oney and Georgene Oney (Arrowood); and her brother Forrest Lon Oney. She is survived by: her children, Karl Brown (Lori) of Shakopee, Minn, Kane Brown of Lewistown, Serena Evans and Sierra Brown of DuQuoin, Ill.; her grandchildren, Shaundra, Benjamin Brower, Kayla Lawrence, Kristopher Brown, Danielle, Deidra Brown, Billy Evans III and Leah Evans; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Lawrence, AnnaLeese Nordman, Kenslee Brown, Aurora Taylor, Oliver Brower, Owen Brown and Amaris Ulibarri.
She even hosted socially-distanced AA meetings in her yard during the COVID pandemic.
Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
