She was predeceased by: her husband Todd "Dale" Thornton Sr.; and her father Elbert L. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Dale Thornton II (Brooke) of Waterloo, IL and David Thornton (Kasey) of Waterloo, IL; her mother Nina Smith of Dupo, IL; her brothers, Randy Smith (Carol) of Columbia, IL, Bob Smith (Dianna) of Barnhart, MO and Bill Smith (Diane) of Oakville, MO; and her grandchildren, Tenley, Greenley, Cylas and Decker.
