He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert "Bob" Hazelip and Vera F. Lowe Hazelip; and his brothers, Gregory Hazelip and Jeff Hazelip. He is survived by: his wife Diana Hazelip of Dupo, IL; his siblings, James F. Hazelip (Sandy Garrison) of Festus, MO, Christine Meyer (Brett) of Bunker Hill, IL, Tim Hazelip of Lampe, MO and Dodie Drummond of Kokomo, IN; and his pets, Alex, Dacy and Rocky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
