We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2020, at the age of 81, Jacqueline J. Cook of Dupo, Illinois, born in Washington Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. Nations and Virginia A.; and her son Eugene Pruett. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Cook of Dupo, IL; her children, Vance Pruett (Kristal), Michael Pruett (Jerri), Scott Pruett (Lisa), Stacey Anderson (Scott), Connie Owens and Gary "Chip" Cook, Jr. (Dolly) of Witchita Falls, TX; and her sisters, Patricia "Patty" Lynn Bruce (Robert) and Linda Woolsey of Lebanon, MO. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren 15 great-grandchildren Dear sisters-in law, brother-in-law.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
