It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Irene Venable of Dupo, Illinois, born in Saint James, Missouri, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leland "Lee" Venable; her parents, Henry and Irene; her grandson Michael Shourd; her brothers, Randolph, Raymond and Ralph Roster; and her parents-in-law, George and Flora Venable.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Venable of Dupo, IL, Kathy Austermann (James) of Affton, MO and Dennis Mhoon-Venable (Cynthia) of Affton, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
