He is survived by: his children, Carol Lynn Sutterfield (Leslie), Chester John Ratka III (Michelle) and Robert Stanley Ratka (Carol); his grandchildren, Brittany, Kevin, Amanda, Christina, Nicholas and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Riley, Hazel and Avery; and his siblings, Edward Ratka (Virginia) and Carol Cross. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
