He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sparks and Shirley Sparks; and his siblings, Kenny, Gary, Becky Trockur and Judie Janssen.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Sparks (Gretchen) of East Peoria, Tom Sparks of Peoria and Veronica Theurer (Ryan) of Denver, CO; his granddaughter Adalynne; his siblings, Bill Sparks (Frances), Barbara Berry, Kathy Detra (Tom), Carol Patterson (Bob) and Teresa Kellem (Dave); and his close friend Judy McCosh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his beer drinking.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dunlap American Legion Post 1078 (5511 Legion Hall Rd, Dunlap, IL 61525).
