He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles and Dorothy Sullivan (Komensky); his wife Barbara L. Lauderdale; his brothers, John Charles Sullivan and Walter Patrick Sullivan; his brother-in-law Donald E. Powers; and his great grandchild Brooks Pinkston.
He is survived by: his children, Sean O'Grady Sullivan of Brimfield and Shannon Kathleen Pinkston (Brian) of Dunlap; his grandsons, Mitchell Pinkston (Samantha) of Fairhope, AL, Jacob Pinkston (Casey) of Tallahassee, FL and Nicholas Pinkston of Erie, IL; his great grandchildren, Paige Pinkston and Madelyn Pinkston; and his siblings, Ann Powers of Cedar Rapids, IA, Mary Carter (Kevin) of Dunlap and Tim Sullivan (Erna) of Boca Raton, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
