She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey R. Brownfield and Freda G. Brownfield (McMahill); and her grandson Marcus Lindsay Milan. She is survived by: her spouse Lonnie L. Smith; her children, Amanda L. Smith of Dunlap and Chad C. Smith (Tara) of Davenport, FL; and her siblings, Judy A. Brownfield of North Aurora and James D. Brownfield (Cindy) of Washington. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
