Jacob Benjamin Vandermyde Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Benjamin Vandermyde (Dunlap, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2019 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarita Vandermyde of Morrison, IL and Gloria (Granny Go Go); and his stepgrandfather James Cummings. He is survived by: his parents, Karl Vandermyde and Tina Vandermyde (Ankney); his siblings, Peter Vandermyde (Anna) of Peoria and Svenja Meissner (Thomas) of Munich; and his grandfathers, Doug and Richard Ankney of Sterling. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church or the Heller Center for Kids with Cancer at the Children's Hospital in Peoria.
