She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Latham and Bessie Latham (Walker); her husband Raymond R. Frank; her former husband Leo Lincicum; her stepchildren, Rebecca Sumner and Gary Frank (Marianna); her sisters, Arlene Stafford and Connie O'Kane; her brother-in-law Ed Stafford; and her nephew Joseph O'Kane.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Gleon O'Kane. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
