She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene and Audrey Kathleen Smith (Poole); and her sister Donna Lee Smith. She is survived by: her husband Terry Kurtz; her children, Erica Winger (Chad) of Peoria, IL and Nathan Kurtz (Beth); her grandchildren, Riley of Chillicothe, Landon of Chillicothe and Melody Kurtz of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Gary Smith (Connie) of Rochester, MN, Christine Hallgren (Jim) of Gladstone, IL and Diane Sands (David) of Ozark, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Deborrah's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice.
