He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Rupp; his stepdaughters, Kathleen Jones (Dewayne) of Chillicothe, IL and Tracy Hufford (Greg) of Quincy, IL; his stepgrandchildren, Shelby and Morgan Jones; and his siblings, Carolyn Grawey of Peoria, IL, Charles Hofmann (Brenda) of Chillicothe, IL, John Gregory (Liz Evans) of Brooklyn Park, IL, Karen Carter (Roger) of Marquette Heights, IL, Lori Krause (Troy) of Mapleton, IL, Jim Gregory (DeeDee) of Chillicothe, IL, Lynn Konopka of Loves Park, IL, E. Lee Hofmann (Becky) of Peoria, IL and Joseph Hofmann (Mary) of Canton, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
