She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Urbas and Mary Jo Urbas (Brahler). She is survived by: her sons, Chad Pullen (Laurie) of Dunlap and Tony Pullen (Beth) of Dunlap; her granddaughter Taylor Eppinger (Devein) of Peoria; her siblings, Terri Flynn (Michael) of Chicago, Kelly Moreland of Mossville and Leonard Urbas, Jr. (Carole) of Evergreen, Colorado.; and her pets, Chester and Jaxson.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Dunlap Fire & Rescue.
