He is survived by: his children, Linda Cook, Donna Netzley and Paul Souchek; his grandchildren, Matt Weise, Chris Weise, Bethany Weise, Scott Souchek, Carrie Mc Divett, Megan Kent and Heidi Netzley; and his great grandchildren, Mateo Fernandez Weise, Fae McDevitt, Cullen McDevitt, Thomas Souchek and Dean Kent.
