He was predeceased by: his father David M. Bartholomew. He is survived by: his mother Martha C. Bartholomew; his brother Keith Bartholomew (Marcelyn Ritchie); and his nephew Elan Bartholomew. He is also survived by several cousins and many good and faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Elam Bartholomew Herbarium at Ft. Hays State University, Hays, KS 67601; Christ in the Wilderness Retreat, 7500 Randecker Rd. Stockton, IL 61035; or to a charity of one's choice.
