It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilma Jean (Quinn) Brown of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Mineral Point, Missouri, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Levi and Anna Mary Marlowe (Moyer); and her husband Charles W. Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Skaggs (David) of Du Quoin and Beverly Creekpaum of Du Quoin; her grandchildren, April Phillips (Shawn), Joey Creekpaum, Stevie Creekpaum and Kyle Creekpaum (Crystal); and her great grandchild Shane Creekpaum. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Du Quoin, IL on Thursday from 10:00 a. m. until 12:00 p. m. Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus and by the signing of executive order by Governor J. B. Pritzker, Phase Four attendance will be limited to 50 people and social distancing will be enforced.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
