William R. Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William R. Cook of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Mulkeytown, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cook and Della May Cook (McMillian); his brother Kenneth Cook; his niece Crystal Wolfe; and his brother-in-law Joe Wolfe.

He is survived by: his son Robert Lee Cook (Janie) of Du Quoin; his sisters, Della Wolfe of Du Quoin and Joann Little (Chuck) of Mulkeytown; and his grandchildren, Robbie Cook (Ashley) of Du Quoin, Kenny Cook (Jenny) of Paducah, KY, Kristin Tennison of Texas and Austin Tennison of Texas. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
