We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Vernon Louis Carter of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois. He is survived by: his mother Christy Carter (Dunmyer) of Du Quoin; his daughters, Anna Lavita Carter of Du Quoin and Bethany Laura Carter of Du Quoin; and his father Vernon Dale Carter (Ellen) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
