It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Ray Bishop of Du Quoin, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Clifford and Hazel Ruth Bishop (Biggs); and his brothers, Richard Bishop, Clifford and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Ann Furlow; his son Bart Bishop of Du Quoin; his siblings, JoAnn Kyes of Du Quoin and Charles Bishop of Du Quoin; his nephew Keith Furlow; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews.
