He is survived by: his parents, Paul Steven and Minerva Jane Fred (Lively); his brothers, David Fred (Christina) of Du Quoin and Matthew Fred (Heather) of Du Quoin; and his nieces and nephews, Morgan Fred, Matelyn Fred, Lane Fred, Trey Morgan, Bella Richardson, Maci Caraker, Layton Caraker, Shayna Caraker, Michael Shearer and Colton Shearer.
Friends may make memorials to the Gospel Assembly Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
