She was predeceased by: her mother Cora Orr; her adoptive mother Mamie Stone; and her sister Wanda Budwell. She is survived by: her husband Carl Gene Phillips; her children, Michael Phillips (Janice) of Steeleville, Matthew Phillips (Jerry Berger) of Big Horn, WY and Penny Blades (Shawn) of Benton; her grandchildren, Ashley Mines of St. Louis, Jared Phillips of Steeleville, Isaiah Blades of Benton and Gabe Blades of Benton; and her siblings, John Przybysz of Collinsville, Tommy Przybysz of Collinsville and Rita Elliot of Collinsville.
