She was predeceased by: her father Raymond. She is survived by: her husband Lester D. Kujawa; and her children, Cheryl Trigg (Tom) of Tamaroa, Mike Ratajczyk (Peggy) of Du Bois, Laura Shopinski (Greg) of Ashley, Randy Ratajczyk (Dawn) of Du Bois, David Ratajczyk, Rhonda of Sesser and Samantha Pulley (Jim) of West Frankfort. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
