He is survived by: his children, Brian Underhill of Evansville, IN, Ronda Lickey of Du Quoin, Pama Sanders of Du Quoin, Peni Johnson of Dacula, GA and Robin Korbar of Du Quoin; and his sisters, Delores Ballheimer of Du Quoin and Shirley Cox of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
