He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Birfelder of Wiesbaden, Germany.; his son Robert Rick Pair of Carbondale; his stepson Jesse Wallace; his sister Ruth E. Pair of Du Quoin; his grandchildren, Hanna Fray of Munster, IN, Tamara Sawyer of Cibolo, TX, Mikayla Pair of Midlothian, TX, Amber Pair of Henderson, NV and James Wallace of Atlanta, GA; and his great grandchildren, Aislin Pair of Arlington, TX, Shay Sawyer of Arlington, TX and Everett Fray of Munster, IN..
