He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Everly and Betty Everly (Jennings); his wife Betty Anita Uhl; and his brother Brad Everly. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Beers (Jason) of Johnston City, Timothy Everly (Raven) of West Frankfort and Shawn Everly of Herrin; his grandchildren, Mickayla, Stoney, Bryar, Cooper, Calla Beers, Kali, Tyler, Logan Everly and Paytyn Everly; his siblings, Diana Adams (Vince) and Matthew Everly (Desiree); his girlfriend Wendy Manna of Du Quoin; and his partner's child Deidre Manna Yoshioka (Kota) of Los Angeles, CA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
