He is survived by: his former wife Violet Huggins; his spouse Du Quoin; his children, John Bishop of Du Quoin, Scott Bishop (Cindy) of Long Beach, CA and Paula Baty (David) of Akron, OH; his grandchildren, Ashley Townsend (Jim) of Collinsville, IL, Jordan Bishop (Whitney) of O'Fallon, IL and Nate Bishop of Long Beach, CA; and his great grandchildren, Noelle Townsend and Renley Bishop.
