With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Maxine Morgan of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Tamaroa, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Malinski and Anna Malinski (Kurtz); her husband Harry Morgan; her grandson Jeremy Herron; and her siblings, Joe Malinski, Charles Malinski, Kenneth Malinski, Michael Malinski, John Malinski, Agnes Malinski, Marie Heine and Anna Wynn.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Herron (James) of Kansas and Randy Morgan (Rhonda) of Marion, IL; her grandchildren, Justin, Jena Morgan of Marion, IL, Travis, Leslie Morgan of Franklin, TN, Corey and Elizabeth Morgan of Troy, IL; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Herron, Joshua Herron, Samantha Herron, Bailee Powell, Brockton Powell, Logan Morgan, Rhett Morgan, Tate Morgan, Landry Morgan and Conley Morgan.
Friends may make memorials to Hospice of Southern Illinois or the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin and will be accepted at the funeral home.
